Titans Owner Bud Adams has informed the Browns and Dolphins that General Manager Floyd Reese remains under contract and will not be given permission to interview for jobs with either team.

The Tennessean's Jim Wyatt reports Adams sent a letter to both owners last week. Reese has been linked in published reports to both jobs.

Reese has continually said he has no interest in any other job.

''I am fighting my butt off to keep my seat warm here,'' Reese told the Tennessean last week.

The Dolphins and Browns are both looking for new front office personnel after coaching changes during the season.
