The NFL brought the news Tuesday that everyone surrounding the Titans already knew: the Titans are out of the playoff hunt.

The league's official playoff scenarios included the elimination of the Titans entering week 15. Cleveland, Miami, Oakland, and San Francisco have also been eliminated.

Titans Head Coach Jeff Fisher said after Monday's loss to Kansas City that his team will dig deep to find away to beat Oakland Sunday at Network Associates Coliseum.

''There was very little left at the end, but we’re going to take a deep breath and we’re going to dig deep into the hole, and we’re going to come back fighting next week,'' Fisher said.
