Volek Gets The Start On Monday Night

Titans backup quarterback Billy Volek will get the start against the Chiefs in place of the injured Steve McNair.

McNair will be the third quarterback Monday night.

Titans running back Chris Brown is listed as active for the game but may be limited in action due to his turf toe.

Titans cornerbacks Samari Rolle and Andre Woolfolk, safety Lance Schulters, linebackers Rocky Boiman and Cody Spencer, offensive tackle Brad Hopkins and defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth are all listed as inactive for Monday night's game with the Chiefs.

Defensive tackle Randy Starks will start in place of Haynesworth and Justin Ena will get the start in place of Boiman.

The Titans placed linebacker Rocky Calmus on injured reserve. Linebacker Jordan Kramer will take Calmus' spot on the roster.

Chiefs inactives include wide receiver Samie Parker, safeties Jerome Woods and Greg Wesley, center Jonathan Ingram, offensive tackle Chris Bober, tight end Kris Wilson and defensive end Vonnie Holliday.

The Chiefs placed running back Priest Holmes on injured reserve.
