Jones, Gage Lead Titans Injury Report

By Jonathan Hutton November 27, 2009

Defensive tackle Jason Jones missed practice for the second-consecutive day on Friday and has been officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Arizona.

Jones has missed three games with a shoulder injury, including last week's game against Houston.

''I don't think it's predetermined on if I'm inactive or not,'' Jones said. ''When Sunday comes it's up to me and the training staff and we'll see how I feel.''

''It's just been sore and has been bothering me to the point where I can't go out there and compete.''

Cornerback Cortland Finnegan is listed as probable with a hamstring, however he practiced without problem on Friday and said he would play Sunday.

Linebackers Colin Allred [hamstring] and David Thornton [hip] are questionable, as is defensive tackle Sen'Derrick Marks. The second round draft pick out of Auburn has missed practice this week with an ankle problem, while Allred and Thornton were limited in practice Friday.

Just as the last few weeks have gone, Thornton said he would be a game-time decision Sunday. He missed last week's game and the November 8 matchup at San Francisco with the hip injury.

''The injury kind of tricks you a little bit,'' Thornton said. ''You feel good, you don't feel good. It's inconsistent.''

''I'm preparing to play each week, but sometimes when it's raining outside you can't go fishing. If you know you can't do what you're capable of doing, you can't play. I know my body better than anyone.''

Rookie Gerald McRath would get his third start of the season if Thornton cannot play. The Southern Miss product has 10 tackles in his two previous starts.

Wide receiver Justin Gage [back] said he was ''getting there'' when asked how his recovery had gone. Gage started running throughout practice time this week, however Titans head coach Jeff Fisher listed Gage as doubtful for Week 12.

Warner Cleared, Plans To Play Sunday

Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt has ruled out linebacker Will Davis because of a knee injury, but quarterback Kurt Warner seems to be a go for Sunday's game.

Warner took all of the first team reps in Friday's practice.

Other's on the Cardinals injury report: WR Steve Breaston (knee), T Mike Gandy (pelvis), LB Gerald Hayes (back), DE Kenny Iwebema (thumb), CB Bryant McFadden (knee), LB Chike Okeafor (back), K Neil Rackers (right groin).
