It may be Friday but the pregame electricity is already evident in Jacksonville.

Thousands are expected along the riverfront Friday evening for a pep rally featuring Jaguars' owner Wayne Weaver. A second pep rally will be held Saturday.

Thousands of Jacksonville-area kids got into the act early holding pep rallies and wearing Jacksonville garb.

The Titans will arrive in Jacksonville early Friday evening and will spend Saturday in preparation for Sunday's game. The team will be housed at the Mariott Sawgrass Resort, some 30 minutes from Alltel Stadium. Many Titans fans are expected to make the 10-hour drive down to enjoy the game.

The Florida Times Union reported in its Friday edition many tickets remain for the game and prices are falling. Upper level prices had dropped from $350 Wednesday to $125-$175 Friday. Jacksonville police are going undercover to stop scalping of tickets.
