Titans quarterback Steve McNair's five touchdown performance Sunday netted him two honors Wednesday. The NFL named McNair the AFC Offensive Player of the Week, the first time the quarterback has won the honor. In addition, McNair received the Miller Lite NFL Player of the Week Award for a second time this year.
McNair joins Drew Bledsoe, Terrell Davis, Barry Sanders, Boomer Esiason, Emmitt Smith, and Thurman Thomas as the only players to win the award twice in one season.
