The NFL Wednesday named Titans linebacker Eddie Robinson the AFC Defensive Player of the Week. Robinson added two sacks to his career-high total of 6 during Thursday night's win over Oakland. Robinson also has 96 tackles, four for losses, and has forced four fumbles.
Robinson becomes the third Titans player to receive player of the week honors in 1999. He is the first defensive player honored since Blaine Bishop in September, 1998.
