
Adams Announces Hall of Fame
The Titans will induct seven former Oilers players and executives into the new Tennessee Titans Hall of Fame next Thursday.
Titans owner Bud Adams made the announcement Tuesday night during the GTE Wireless Jeff Fisher Show.
'I've been working with architects on drawings for the hall which will be at Adelphia Coliseum,' Adams said. 'It's going to be a special place to honor these men for all they've done.'
The first seven inductees will be honored at a luncheon prior to the December 9th game with the Raiders.
'It won't be long till we have the first real Titans in there to join these men,' Adams said.
The first members of the Titans Hall of Fame are:
* George Blanda
* Elvin Bethea
* Earl Campbell
* Mike Holovak
* Ken Houston
* Mike Munchak
* Jim Norton
