McNair and 7 other Titans
will make the trip to
Hawaii for the 2001
Pro Bowl
McNair Pro Bowl Bound; Matthews To Stay Home

The National Football League announced on Tuesday that Titans quarterback Steve McNair will replace injured Broncos quarterback Brian Griese on the AFC Pro Bowl roster.

This will be McNair's first Pro Bowl appearence over his six-year career. This season McNair completed 248 of 396 passes for 2,847 yards, 15 TD'S 13 INT'S leading his team to the NFL's best record at 13-3.

The league also announced that Titans guard Bruce Matthews will not make the trip to Honululu. The league has excused him from the Pro Bowl with his turf toe injury.

The 2001 Pro Bowl is Sunday February 4th.
