Titans Trying To Get Everybody Back On The Practice Field
With time ticking away before Sunday's game against the Ravens, the Titans are working hard to get some ailing team members back to 100 percent.
The latest victim to be struck by the injury bug was linebacker Randall Godfrey who missed Wednesday's practice with a groin strain. Godfrey was back on the field Thursday and head coach Jeff Fisher's says he should be ready for Sunday's game.
Other injury questions the Titans are having to deal with is offensive lineman Bruce Matthews and safety Marcus Robertson who were both unable to practice.
'He (Matthews) is feeling better,' Fisher said. 'The doctors will get a chance to evaluate him again today, and there is a chance we will get him back out there tomorrow.'
Robertson continues to deal with a shin problem he has been battling most of the season.
It was much of the same for the other injured Titans. Quarterback Steve McNair is still in pain, but has been able to take a majority of the snaps at practice on Wednesday and Thursday.
Defensive lineman Kenny Holmes is also expected to play Sunday, but will continue to share duties with Henry Ford.
