Titans Size Up the Ravens

In just four days the Titans will take on the only team to have ever beaten them in Adelphia Coliseum, the Baltimore Ravens.

The Ravens are a relatively young team, but they have an incredible amount of talent at the skilled positions.

Rookie running back Jamal Lewis burst on to the scene this year and has turned into one of the premier backs in the AFC.

'He's (Lewis) a big bruising back,' Titans defensive end Kenny Holmes said. 'He runs through the tackles and even tries to outrun the Defensive Backs.'

The Ravens receiving slot is led by veteran Quadry Ismail. The 'Rocket' grabbed 4 catches in the Ravens wild card victory over the Broncos.

'His speed is deceptive,' Titans cornerback Michael Booker said. 'He's a fast runner…He's also aggressive and strong and can make the big plays.'

The tight end position is solidified by all-pro Shannon Sharpe. He has proven to be the go-to-guy for the Ravens this season.

'He's a smart player, he knows the game,' Titans linebacker Greg Favors said. 'He's been making plays since he's been in the league.'

Ravens quarterback Trent Dilfer has stepped into the starting lineup and has led his team to the playoffs. He has done it with his arm, but throughout the season he has played with surprising mobility, according to Titans defensive lineman Keith Embray.

'He's (Dilfer) enough of an athlete, if he get a corner he'll turn it and run.'.
