The weekend off should mean a healthy start to the Titans preparations for Baltimore. When the Titans return to the practice field for brief work Tuesday, head coach Jeff Fisher said Sunday he expects everyone but Bruce Matthews to be ready to go. Matthews has been in a boot for the last several days trying to overcome turf toe. Fisher said Matthews underwent treatment for the condition Sunday but may not practice until Thursday.
Quarterback Steve McNair joined several teammates on the sideline last week trying to heal up.
