George Finishes Third In MVP Voting
Titans running back Eddie George finished third in Associated Press voting for the NFL's Most Valuable Player.
Wednesday's announcement gave St. Louis running back Marshall Faulk the award with 24 first place votes. Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb finished second with 11 votes while George garnered eight votes.
Faulk finished the season with 26 touchdowns, 11 in the Rams' last three games.
Other MVP vote-getters included Oakland's Rich Gannon with five, Colts quarterback Peyton Manning and Baltimore linebacker Ray Lewis, each with one.
