Titans Divsional Game Possiblities
The Titans will be sitting back and relaxing for the next week, while they watch four other AFC teams battle it out to advance to the AFC divisional game.
The three teams which could face the Titans in the divisional game are Indianapolis, Baltimore, and Denver. The Miami Dolphins can’t face the Titans in the second round because they are the highest seed in the first round, thus if they win the Dolphins automatically face Oakland. Now here are some sample scenarios for the Titans.
Scenario One:
If the Dolphins beat the Colts and Baltimore beats Denver then the Titans would face the Ravens. Of course the Ravens are the only team to beat the Titans in Adelphia.
Scenario Two:
The Dolphins beat the Colts and the Broncos beat the Ravens then the Titans would face the Broncos. The last time these two teams met in the regular season was back in 1995 with the Houston Oilers beating Denver 42-33.
Scenario Three:
If the Colts win over the Dolphins then they will automatically play the Titans because they are the lowest seed. So the Ravens-Broncos winner would have to go to Oakland.
