With the 2000 regular season complete the NFL released the 2001 schedule of opponents.

The Titans home games are against Baltimore, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, Miami, Tampa Bay, and Green Bay.

The Titans road games are against Baltimore, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, Oakland, Minnesota, and Detroit.

The exact date of these games has yet to be determined by the NFL.
