The NFL fined Titans defensive back Perry Phenix $6,000 Thursday for kicking Browns linebacker Rahim Abdullah during the first half of Sunday's game at Cleveland. Phenix told the Tennessean he would not appeal the fine. 'Of course I’m sorry for it,' Phenix told the Tennessean. 'My butt was sitting in the locker room watching the team play. I didn’t want that. Next time I’ve got to have more discipline.'
Titans coach Jeff Fisher said during Tuesday night's Verizon Wireless Jeff Fisher Show on Titans Radio Phenix would be a part of the gameplan Monday night.
