Staff Report December 28, 2001 Titans safety Blaine Bishop underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left ankle Thursday. The team placed Bishop on injured reserve last Friday after ankle problems added to his earlier foot and toe injuries. Bishop has not played since the Steelers game October 29.
Titans head coach Jeff Fisher said it would take Bishop about four to six weeks to recover from the surgery.
