Rolle's injured foot keeps
him from practicing on
Wednesday.
Rolle, Bishop Both Sit Out Wednesday Practice
By David Doan December 12, 2001

Both Samari Rolle (foot sprain) and Blaine Bishop (foot) sat out practice Wednesday.

'Neither Samari or Blaine did much today,' Fisher said. 'Samari is better today as is Blaine. We will go on the field tomorrow and take a look at both of them.'

'For Blaine, his goal was to be back for the Green Bay game,' Fisher said. 'We will just have to get him involved with the defense and see how it goes.'

The Titans did not practice at full speed, only participating in an afternoon walk-through in the bubble at Baptist Sports Park.

In other injury news, offensive lineman Zach Piller's broken hand is improving.

'Zach is better and may be comfortable with a cast,' Fisher said. 'We are going to experiment and see what happens.'

Cornerback Daryl Porter, who sustained a knee injury against Cleveland, did some running early Wednesday.

'Daryl looks as if he may have a chance to play,' Fisher said. 'But he may be limited.'

'Just how much we limit him remains to be seen. He does have a long way to go before he is full speed though.'
