Oakland: Wide receiver Tim Brown played it off, but other Raiders clearly did not like the trash talk started by Titans safety Lance Schulters.
Schulters told the Nashville media Tuesday that Brown was a ''crybaby'' who whined that he got pushed and held.
Former Ravens defensive tackle and current Raider Sam Adams took offense.
''Who's Lance Schulters,'' Adams said. ''I mean, who is he? Trying to get attention for himself?''
''You figure people would learn, wouldn't they?'' Guard Frank Middleton said. ''Well, now it's his turn.''
''It's just talk,'' quarterback Rich Gannon said. ''Just like last week's (with the Jets), just talk.''
Brown downplayed Schulters' comment saying the two got into it during a 2000 regular season game when Schulters played for the 49ers.
''I played against him three or four times since then, and we haven't even said hello to each other,'' Brown said.
Brown told the Nashville media in a conference call that the comments got the attention of his offensive line.
''He doesn't have to worry about me,'' Brown said. ''It's the offensive line he has to worry about.''
