The Titans returned to practice Monday after taking the weekend off to rest. Head Coach Jeff Fisher said his team used the time off well.
''Everybody took advantage of opportunity, those who needed treatment came in and got treatment, so everything looks good at this point,'' Fisher said.
Fisher said although the Titans have the advantage of an extra week of rest, the Steelers also have advantages.
''You can list a number of advantages for both clubs, and then there's probably some disadvantages for both clubs,'' Fisher said. ''Our advantages would be the rest, the time off. Their advantages are those things that include timing and momentum and the things associated with that big win.''
''The key in their case is to heal up, to get their legs back under them, and get the new plan going.''
Fisher also noted the Titans' challenge of facing Steelers quarterback Tommy Maddox.
''He has a good understanding of the offense, handles the ball very well, (there are) a lot of different things in the offense that he's responsible for and he does a very good job with it,'' Fisher said.
