McNair's 2-Point Conversion Voted Fan Favorite

Titans fans voted Steve McNair's two-point conversion to tie the New York Giants December 1st as the greatest moment of the 2002 season.

More than two thousand fans cast their vote this week for the top three moments of the 2002 season in balloting sponsored by Titans Radio and its Nashville flagship station, 103 WKDF.

Some 61 percent of fans who cast ballots ranked McNair's run as their first or second choice for greatest moment of the season.

McNair ran the ball to the left side on the conversion try, following a McNair to Frank Wycheck touchodwn with :14 seconds remaining. The conversion made it 29-29. The Titans would win the game on a Joe Nedney field goal in overtime. Nedney's field goal ranked as the 12th greatest moment of 2002. A total of four plays from the overtime win made the top 30.

McNair is responsible, in part, for 13 of the 30 plays that made the list. Eleven of the 30 plays are defensive.
