Staff Report December 31, 2002

The NFL's first draft order release Tuesday gives the Titans the 28th or 29th draft pick in next April's draft.

The order is subject to change based on how the playoffs finish and the teams that make the Super Bowl. The Titans and Raiders were the only two NFL teams to finish at 11-5. The team that adavances further in the playoffs will pick later.

The Super Bowl runner-up picks 31, the winner 32.

Cincinnati, Detroit, Houston and Chicago will have the first four picks in the draft, set for the April 26/27 in New York City.
