Civil Suits Involving Pacman Jones To Be Settled
Staff Report December 7, 2005

The civil suits between Titans cornerback Pacman Jones and Nightclub Owner Robert Gaddy have reportedly been resolved -- and the criminal charges may be next.

The Tennessean reports the two sides have agreed to resolve the $7.5 million defamation suit, that followed a July incident at Gaddy's Club 615 near the Coliseum. Police arrested Jones and charged him with two counts of misdemeanor assault and a felony count of vandalism following an incident with Jones.

Gaddy told the Tennessean Tuesday night he likely will not press charges.

''We just want to get it over and done with,'' Gaddy told the Tennessean. ''Everything between me and (Jones) is OK now and I wish him the best for the future. This whole thing has been too much of a circus.''

Jones and Gaddy are scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
