Rookie receiver O.J. Small has been activated from the practice squad to the roster.

Small has been added in place of Brandon Jones, who tore his ACL against the 49ers and was placed on injured reserve.

Small played in Tennessee’s pre-season games and had three catches for 25 yards.

Small is not active for today’s game against the Colts.
