The Indianapolis Colts will be without defensive tackle Corey Simon and free safety Bob Sanders Sunday against the Titans.
This will mark the third straight game Sanders has missed due to arthroscopic knee surgery. He will be replaced by former starter Mike Doss.
Doss has filled in for the injured Sanders over the last two games. Doss tallied 13 tackles, one interception and three passes defensed in the past two outings.
Simon has yet to play this season. He is still recovering from arthroscopic surgery on his left knee that took place in August. No timetable has been set for his return.
