Adams Gives Support for Fisher,Reese
Staff Report December 18, 2006

Titans Owner Bud Adams expressed confidence in Head Coach Jeff Fisher after Sunday's 24-17 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Adams said Titans Chief Operating Officer Steve Underwood has been handling the extension talks from Baptisit Sports Park, however he did not give details on how far along the talks had been going on.

''I don't like to discuss contracts, not even my contract, but we're talking with them,'' Adams told The Tennessean. ''I have said before Jeff isn't going anywhere. We will have a deal with him. I am saying it again: Jeff is not going anywhere else.''

When asked about the future of Floyd Reese, Adams said he felt the Titans General Manager would have his contract negotiated as well.

''I don't think [Reese] is going anywhere,'' Adams told The Tennessean.

''You don't like to disband the group that you have, but we'll just have to wait and see how things work out,'' Adams told The Tennessean.
