Titans quarterback Vince Young will be featured on ESPN's Outside the Lines with Bob Ley this afternoon.

Ley will be discussing the development of the rookie quarterback, as well as the decision by Head Coach Jeff Fisher to start Young early in his rookie season.

In a segment titled ''Vin-dicated,'' ESPN said it will compare Fisher's decision to start Young in his first season, with the franchise's last highly drafted quarterback Steve McNair.

The show airs at 2:30 p.m. and The Tennessean’s Paul Kuharsky, who has covered the Oilers-Titans franchise since 1996, will be a guest.
