For the second time in as many weeks, Titans quarterback Vince Young is a finalist in for the NFL's Rookie of the Week award.

Young completed 19 of 29 passes for 218 yards and carried seven times for 86 yards and one touchdown in the Titans 26-20 overtime victory over the Houston Texans. Young, who has ran for 458 yards this season, scrambled 39 yards for the game-winning touchdown in overtime.

Running back Reggie Bush of the New Orleans Saints, defensive back Devin Hester of the Chicago Bears, running back Maurice Jones-Drew of the Jacksonville Jaguars, quarterback Matt Leinhart are the other finalists for the Diet Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week award.

Titans fans can vote for Young through Thursday at 11am cdt.

The winner will be announced Thursday afternoon.
