Trevor Lawrence stars as Jaguars pummel Titans

Trevor Lawrence went 24-of-32 passing for 262 yards and two touchdowns to go with two rushing scores to lead the Jacksonville Jaguars to a 34-14 home win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.

Calvin Ridley caught seven passes for 103 yards and two touchdowns for Jacksonville (7-3), which evened its home record at 3 and has won six of its past seven games.

Will Levis went 13-of-17 passing for 158 yards and two touchdowns in defeat for the Titans (3-7), who have lost three straight and all six of their road games.

The Jaguars opened the scoring with 2:58 remaining in the first quarter, grabbing a 7-0 lead on a 3-yard touchdown pass from Lawrence to Ridley.

Jacksonville took a 10-0 lead with 2:43 left in the second quarter on a 30-yard field goal by Brandon McManus, and then a 13-0 lead with 14 seconds to go until halftime on a 25-yard field goal by McManus.

On the first drive of the second half, the Jaguars went 73 yards in nine plays, taking a 20-0 lead on a 9-yard touchdown run by Lawrence.

Jacksonville struck again on its next possession, going 80 yards in six plays and taking a 27-0 lead on a 20-yard touchdown pass from Lawrence to Ridley.

Tennessee finally got on the board on the last play of the third quarter, cutting the Jacksonville lead to 27-7 on a 43-yard touchdown pass from Levis to DeAndre Hopkins.

After Jacksonville recovered a fumbled punt at the Tennessee 36-yard line, the Jaguars put the game away on a 5-yard touchdown run by Lawrence with 7:28 left that gave Jacksonville a 34-7 lead.

Tennessee cut the Jaguars lead to 34-14 with 4:28 remaining on a 2-yard touchdown pass from Levis to Jeffery Simmons, which finished off a 75-yard drive in five plays.
